This document has been developed for key workers and educators to use when working with parents of children getting ready for school. It is anticipated that this document can be used for supporting transitions in the future and not just for use during the Covid Crisis. It gives ideas and messages we can discuss with parents to help prepare their children for Primary School. It is a really practical document as we had input from local educators who worked together on the document. There are still some activities that could be discussed over coming weeks with children if they haven’t already happened to date.
