Circle of Security is an 8-week, in-person parenting group (2 hours a week) designed to help parents build strong, secure relationships with their children. It’s all about understanding your child’s needs and behaviours while reflecting on your own experiences as a parent.
The group is ideally suited to parents of children aged 6 months to 6 years, but parents with older children are welcome too.
It’s not about solving specific problems - it’s about giving you tools to better understand your child and your relationship with them. Research shows this approach helps kids feel secure and supports their growth and development over time.
