We're hiring!

Due to the expansion of our Preparing for Life programme, Northside Partnership / Preparing for Life wishes to recruit two Home Visitors, one on a full-time and one on a part-time (0.8 FTE) basis. These are permanent contracts, subject to funding.

Reporting to the Team Co-ordinator, the Home Visitors will work to a clearly outlined programme manual to support families. The aim of the programme is to achieve improved school readiness, along with improved physical, psychological and emotional health and well-being.

The Home Visitors will work as part of the wider Preparing for Life and Northside Partnership teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, strengths-based support to the local community.

Preparing for Life is an evidenced-based, prevention and early intervention project based in Darndale, North Dublin working with families from pregnancy through childhood to help children achieve their full potential. We work with families, health services, early years education settings and schools.
